埃隆・马斯克正与美国证券交易委员会（SEC）就该监管机构去年提起的诉讼展开和解谈判。SEC 指控这位全球首富在收购推特前违反了证券法。

　　周二提交的法庭文件中，SEC 披露其正与马斯克 “就潜在解决方案进行磋商，此举或可避免后续诉讼程序”。

　　SEC 最初于 2025 年 1 月提起诉讼，案件目前在华盛顿特区联邦法院审理。与此同时，前推特投资者对马斯克提起的另一项集体诉讼正在旧金山联邦法院推进，预计陪审团很快将进行审议。

　　作为特斯拉与 SpaceX 的首席执行官，马斯克于 2022 年底以 440 亿美元收购推特，并于次年将其更名为 X。收购前，他持有的推特股份已超过 5%，按规定需在达到该阈值后的 10 个自然日内公开披露持股情况，但马斯克未能及时提交披露文件。

　　SEC 在起诉书中称，马斯克未披露持股的行为使其得以 “以人为压低的价格” 买入股票，令其他投资者处于不利地位。

　　马斯克此前曾就 SEC 针对特斯拉提起的证券欺诈民事诉讼达成和解。根据和解协议，马斯克及其汽车公司各需支付 2000 万美元罚款，马斯克还需暂时辞去特斯拉董事会主席职务。
