中国经济网北京3月17日讯 据消费日报财经，据Wind金融终端显示：郭广昌于2026年3月10日减持重庆农商银行H股280万股股份，交易货币为港币，场内最高价（每股）6.01港元，平均价（每股）5.9607港元。据此计算，本次减持郭广昌套现约1669万港元。
减持完成后，郭广昌持有重庆农商银行H股股份由约3.03亿股减少至约3亿股，持股比例从12.04%下降至11.93%。
这是郭广昌近期第二次减持重庆农商银行股份。此前2月6日，郭广昌减持重庆农商银行H股472.6万股股份，每股作价6.0979港元，减持套现金额约2881.87万港元，减持后持股数量约为3.26亿股，持股比例为12.98%。
经计算，郭广昌两次减持合计减持重庆农商银行H股752.6万股，套现金额共计4550.87万港元。
