ChainCatcher 消息，美股上市公司 BGIN BLOCKCHAIN LIMITED（纳斯达克：BGIN）是一家拥有专有加密货币挖矿技术的数字资产科技公司，同时为加密货币挖矿硬件制造商。BGIN 今日宣布其采用 4 纳米制程的 BT1 比特币挖矿 ASIC 芯片首次流片成功，这是其首款专为比特币挖矿设计的自有知识产权芯片，标志着公司比特币挖矿芯片项目达成重要里程碑。
该项目此前于 2025 年 10 月进入流片阶段，首次流片即告成功。随着流片完成，BT1 芯片现已进入系统级测试及生产准备阶段。此次成功是 BGIN 自 2022 年以来 ASIC 挖矿芯片项目连续第 7 次流片成功，创下卓越的执行力记录。BGIN 表示，首次流片成功有助于降低开发风险，增强公司执行多代比特币挖矿路线图的信心。同时亦已启动下一代先进架构的早期开发，以在芯片中实现更优的能效表现。
