Mukka Proteins (NSE:MUKKA, BOM:544135) has changed the name of its subsidiary from "MPL HRC Ecosolution" to "MPL HRC Jathin Ecosolutions", according to a Tuesday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.
The name change has been approved by the Ministry of Corporate affairs, Government of India.
The company's shares were down nearly 1% in recent trade.
