智通财经APP获悉，在加拿大和香港经营及特许经营日式餐厅的Riku Dining Group(RIKU.US)周一公布了其首次公开募股(IPO)条款。这家总部位于加拿大多伦多的公司计划通过发行500万股股票筹集2500万美元，发行价区间为每股4至6美元。
该公司是一家在加拿大和香港拥有日式主题餐饮概念的餐厅运营商。在加拿大，该公司拥有味千拉面(Ajisen Ramen)的特许经营权，在安大略省直接经营四家餐厅，并以特许经营的方式经营另外九家餐厅。在香港，该公司拥有三个品牌的特许经营权，共七家餐厅：Yakiniku Kakura、Yakiniku 801和 Ufufu Café。
截至2025年9月30日的12个月内，其营收为1600万美元。该公司计划在纳斯达克上市，股票代码为RIKU。Eddid Securities and Futures是此次交易的唯一承销商。
