消息面上，今年1月，东曜药业获药明合联溢价约99%提现金要约。据悉，本次收购成功的关键在于药明合联能否在截止日期前获得至少60%的东曜药业投票权。药明合联此前已经锁定了持有42.16%股份的五大主要股东的“不可撤销承诺”。3月13日，公司公告称，由于接纳条件于首个截止日期未获达成，要约人把首个截止日期延长至2026年3月27日。
