智通财经APP讯，爱世纪集团(08507)发布公告，董事会建议(其中包括)按于记录日期每持有1股股份获发1股供股股份按认购价每股供股股份0.10港元进行供股，以透过向合资格股东提呈最多4亿股供股股份的供股方式筹集扣除开支前所得款项总额约4000万港元(假设于记录日期或之前概无进一步发行或购回股份)。
如获悉数认购，扣除所有必要开支后，供股估计所得款项净额约为3960万港元，拟用于下列用途：(i)约2360万港元将拨作集团的一般营运开支，涵盖董事酬金、雇员薪酬及福利(包括但不限于薪金、花红、津贴、退休福利计划供款)、租金及物业管理费、专业服务费，以及其他业务及企业开支;(ii)约600万港元将用于偿还集团的若干借款;(iii)约1000万港元将用于透过流程及营运优化，加强集团现有的服装供应链管理(SCM)服务业务，以期加强集团在产品开发、采购、生产管理、品质控制及物流管理方面的能力。此项加强措施将运用人工智能，整合“物联网”技术实现即时库存追踪，并应用智能算法驱动的运输路线优化，以支持更精准的决策与动态应变能力，从而提升供应链透明度并缩短回应周期。
