ChainCatcher 消息，据 The Block 报道，韩国最大在野党国民力量党向国会提交法案，拟完全废除原定于 2027 年 1 月 1 日起实施的加密货币收益征税计划。该法案由党内院内代表 Song Eon-seok 主导提出。
根据现行税收方案，韩国计划对超过 250 万韩元（约 1,665 美元）的加密货币交易收益征收最高 22% 的税率，由 20% 国家所得税与 2% 地方税构成。该税收计划自 2022 年起已三度延期。法案的核心论据在于税收公平性。
2024 年底，韩国已废除对股票等传统金融投资收益征收的所得税，提案方认为，单独对加密货币投资者征税有失公平。法案还援引美国证券交易委员会（ SEC ）近期将大多数加密货币认定为大宗商品的指导意见，主张加密货币不应与证券同等对待。
