智通财经APP讯，加幂科技(08198)发布公告，预期本集团于截至2025年12月31日止年度将取得不少于8800万港元的净亏损，而2024年度的净亏损则约为1300万港元。净亏损大幅增加主要是由于(i)中国香港大数据中心于2025年六月停止运作及美国大数据中心耗电量下降，以致提供大数据中心服务收入减少;(ii)本年度授出购股权所产生的一次性以股份为基础的付款开支;(iii)Web3.0业务的研发开支增加;(iv)本年度根据预期信贷亏损模型取得的减值亏损拨回减少;(v)市场推广费用增加。
