智通财经APP讯，中新控股(08125)发布公告，于2026年3月17日，卖方(仁德投资集团有限公司，为公司附属公司)拟向买方刘少训出售出售附属公司(仁德建筑设备有限公司)的全部已发行股本，现金代价为一港元。
出售附属公司于中国香港注册成立，于该协议日期由卖方实益拥有100%权益，主要从事租赁建筑设备及提供相关安装服务。董事会认为，出售事项为集团带来简化营运架构的机遇，并可让集团将资源重新配置至其他现有机遇。经考虑出售附属公司的财务表现，并审阅其业务及营运状况后，董事会认为集团进行出售事项属恰当之举。
