南财智讯3月17日电，阅文集团（00772.HK）公告，公司于2026年3月17日与腾讯计算机（深圳市腾讯计算机系统有限公司）签订《2027年版权合作框架协议》及《2026年广告合作框架协议》。其中，《2027年版权合作框架协议》有效期自2027年1月1日至2029年12月31日，合作范围包括文字作品及漫画的内容改编（为音频、游戏、电影、电视剧、动画、短剧及漫剧等）、作品发行及授权（含信息网络传播权、广播权、放映权、表演权及发行权）、以及艺术、音乐、文字、视听等元素的知识产权授权；《2026年广告合作框架协议》有效期至2028年12月31日，合作内容为腾讯集团招揽广告并在阅文集团平台投放，双方按收入／利润分成模式分享广告收入。两项协议年度交易上限分别为：广告合作2026年至2028年分别不超过8.5亿元、10.1亿元、10.8亿元人民币；版权合作年度上限金额未在公告中完整披露。
