路透3月16日 - 蚂蚁集团周一表示，在满足所有条件后，预计将于本月底前完成以28.1亿港元（3.5888亿美元）收购耀才证券金融(Bright Smart Securities & Commodities) 1428.HK 控股股权的交易。
去年，蚂蚁集团同意收购耀才证券50.55%的股权，标志着其进军经纪业务领域。
根据协议，耀才证券主席叶茂林将以每股3.28港元的价格，将他持有的8.5798亿股耀才证券股份出售给蚂蚁集团旗下公司Wealthiness and Prosperity Holding。
双方表示，蚂蚁集团已完成必要的申报程序并获得香港证券及期货事务监察委员会的批准，为交易扫清了障碍。
各方预计收购将于3月30日完成。
与此同时，耀才证券补充称，已向香港交易所提交申请，拟于周二恢复股票交易。该公司在此次信息披露前，于周一申请了停牌。
自2025年4月该交易首次宣布以来，耀才证券股价已上涨两倍多。上周五收盘价为9.27港元。(完)
