ChainCatcher 消息，CoinShares 宣布与机构级链上收益基础设施提供方 Kiln 合作，利用其 Railnet 协议推出首个链上资产管理策略，将 DeFi 协议收益与 RWA 收益整合至单一合规产品中。
据悉，该策略由 CoinShares 推出受 AIFMD、MiFID 及 MiCA 监管的资产管理管理，覆盖 DeFi 借贷、机构抵押债券、代币化债券基金及债券 ETF 收益，以及中性基差策略，并通过 Railnet 实现跨市场、跨场景配置与可审计风控框架。
