日前，微博发布公告成，公司高层发生人事调整，原高级副总裁葛景栋已辞任，但仍在公司核心业务部门任职。葛景栋作为公司的元老级人物，不知他的变动有何深意？

葛景栋出生于1973年，今年53岁，相对来看他的年龄并不算很大。在此次他卸任高级副总裁的相关公告中，也明确点明他还将继续在广告业务部门任职。

早在2000年2月，葛景栋就已加盟新浪，曾先后历任新浪网营销中心副总经理、新浪市场部、商业频道及地方站业务部总经理、微博副总裁、微博营销高级副总裁等多个职位。总的来看，葛景栋在营销方面有着非常资深的经验。

葛景栋此次卸任后继续留任的广告业务部门，和他之前的工作联系颇深。

值得一提的是，从微博公布的最新业绩报告中显示，2025年全年，微博总营收达到17.6亿美元，约合人民币125.76亿元，其中广告营收达到15亿美元，约合人民币107.42亿元。2025年归属于微博股东的净利润为4.49亿美元，约合人民币32.24亿元，同比增长49%。

可以很明显地看出，广告业务营收在总营收中占比非常大。这也说明，葛景栋卸任后并未被边缘化，仍在核心业务部门任职，所扮演的角色似乎很重要。
