3月18日，创新实业（02788）发布公告，董事会宣布于2026年3月17日与创新新材订立产品及服务采购及设备租赁框架协议，期限自2026年3月17日至2026年12月31日。
根据协议，公司将向创新新材及其附属公司采购产品和服务，包括铝卷、电缆、原辅材料及劳务服务，并租赁设备，包括熔铸设备。
截至2025年12月31日止三年度，公司向创新新材及其子公司采购产品及服务的历史交易金额分别为96万元、467万元及70万元。
根据协议，2026年度采购产品及服务的年度上限为1.8亿元，租赁设备的年度上限为900万元。公司预计2026年向创新新材采购电缆、铝卷和其他原辅材料的需求大幅增加，且铝锭产量预计同比增长5%至10%。
