Lumen Technologies Board Chair Mike Glenn to Retire; Kevin Chilton Named Successor

Lumen Technologies (LUMN) said Tuesday that Mike Glenn will retire as chair of the company's board of directors.
The company said it has selected Kevin Chilton to serve as the next chair of the board, effective following Lumen Technologies' 2026 annual meeting of shareholders.
Chilton currently serves as a director on the company's board and is a retired US Air Force four-star general, Lumen Technologies said.
Lumen Technologies further said that Chief Financial Officer Chris Stansbury has assumed the additional title of president. Kye Prigg has assumed the title of chief commercial operations officer, while Ana White has assumed the role of chief people and AI enablement officer, the company said.
