智通财经APP讯，国民技术(02701)发布公告，发售价已于2026年3月18日厘定为每股H股10.80港元。本公司预期将于2026年3月20日(星期五)以招股章程“如何申请香港发售股份公布结果”一节所述的方式公布国际发售的踊跃程度、香港公开发售的申请水平、香港发售股份的分配基准及香港公开发售的分配结果详情。
假设全球发售于2026年3月23日(星期一)上午八时正(香港时间)或之前成为无条件，预期H股将于2026年3月23日(星期一)上午九时正(香港时间)在联交所主板开始买卖。H股将以每手200股H股进行交易。
