智通财经APP讯，赛晶科技(00580)公布2025年业绩，收入增加约40.0%至约22.55亿元，毛利增加约9.1%至约5.68亿元，毛利率由约32.3%减少至约25.2%，母公司拥有人应占溢利为约1.38亿元，同比增长34.5%;每股基本盈利8.6分，拟派末期股息每股0.01港元。
公告称，收入增长主要由于来自柔性输电业务领域的收入及自产绝缘栅双极型晶体管的收入增加所致。净利增长主要由于(a)收入增加导致毛利增加;及(b)其他收入及收益增加，主要包括汇兑收益及为降低以外币进行采购的汇兑风险而签订的外汇远期合约收益。
