智通财经APP讯，名科国际(08100)发布公告，经进一步审视集团证券投资业务分部的近期情况，尤其是集团于2025年12月31日持有的其中一项金融资产于第一份财务资料更新公告刊发后从联交所除牌，须就该等除牌证券对透过损益以公平价值列账的金融资产的已变现及未变现收益作出约610万港元的减幅，因此，先前公告各自原先披露的证券投资业务分部的分部溢利将由约1080万港元减少至约470万港元。由于在第二份财务资料更新公告后取得透过损益以公平价值列账的金融资产的已变现及未变现收益减少，故预期2025年度集团将取得亏损净额不超过100万港元，而2024财年的纯利则约为720万港元。
