智通财经APP讯，重庆机电(02722)发布公告，根据重庆市国有资产监督管理委员会发布的《市属国有企业财务决算审计管理工作规则》(渝国资发[2024]17号)相关规定，会计师事务所连续承担同一企业财务决算审计业务最长不得超过8年。信永中和会计师事务所(特殊普通合伙)自2018年起为本公司提供审计服务，至执行完毕本公司2025年度审计工作后，已达到规定的最高服务年限，须进行强制性轮换。信永中和于2025年度报告审计正式结束且刊发本公司2025年度报告之日起，将不再担任本公司审计师。因此，本公司须于2026年度变更其会计师事务所。
为此，根据本公司之公司章程，董事会在取得审计委员会的推荐建议后，于2026年3月20日召开第七届董事会2026年第一次会议。于会议上，全体董事审议并一致通过了议案，同意聘请中审众环会计师事务所(特殊普通合伙)为本公司年度境内财务及内部控制审计机构，中审众环(香港)富信会计师事务所有限公司为本公司年度境外核数师，聘期为一年，审计费用合计为人民币220万元，待本公司股东于2025年度股东周年大会以普通决议案审议及批准，方可作实。
