　　2026亚布力论坛年会于3月17日-19日在黑龙江亚布力举办。复宏汉霖首席执行官朱俊出席并演讲。

　　朱俊介绍到，公司去年入选福布斯50强的创新力企业，这其中只有八家药企，复宏汉霖是其中之一。他坦言，“可能因为我们做的很多东西有一些叛逆性，但是又不失第一性原理。”

　　他进一步解释到，所谓第一性原理，首先，就是不管风险高不高，只看你发的这个愿，到底能不能解决一些可能其他暂时还不敢解决的问题。

　　第二，就是AI。朱俊表示，复宏汉霖非常拥抱AI，来提高工作效率。现在公司要求每个高管都养小龙虾，每个小龙虾养出来都不大一样，就相当于在工作中多了一个工具。
