智通财经APP讯，联亚集团(00458)发布截至2025年12月31日止年度业绩，收入36.26亿港元，同比下降13.3%;公司权益股东应占溢利1.25亿港元，同比下降19.8%;每股基本盈利0.46港元，拟派末期股息每股0.18港元。
于2025年，来自品牌业务的收入为18.56亿港元，较2024年的20.25亿港元减少8%。C.P. Company的收入保持强劲，根据呈报基准按年上升2.8%。国内特许经营品牌的收入受累于消费意欲疲弱。于2025年， Nautica及Spyder的收入分别减少12%及24%，而Reebok的收入则减少32%。
于本年度，由于若干客户的需求下降及竞争加剧，来自制衣业务的收入为17.70亿港元，较2024年的 21.58亿港元减少18%。
