截至2025年12月31日止年度的预期拥有人应占净亏损增加主要归因于以下因素：

(1) 销售预制建筑单位及装饰与园林绿化服务的收入下降介乎约60%至 65%，主要因中国房地产及建筑行业持续面临挑战，物业开发商新项目开工减少、客户资本支出趋于谨慎、市场竞争加剧，导致PC构件交付量减少、装饰及园林绿化则由于业务调整而暂停承接新订单。

(2) 预期信贷亏损增加，主要涉及贸易应收款项及其他应收款项，预期信贷亏损总额介乎约4亿港元至5亿港元，较上年上升，原因是客户压力增加、付款延迟或违约风险上升。

(3) 固定资产、在建工程、合约资产、金融资产及其他项目的减值亏损，总额介乎约4亿港元至5亿港元，主要包括固定资产(物业、厂房及设备)减值、在建工程减值、合约资产减值及金融资产减值，主要因住宅PC 需求减少导致部分生产设施利用率下降、市场疲弱导致项目延迟或暂停、客户付款能力减弱及投资工具可回收金额下降。
