消息面上，3月20日，中远海控发布截至2025年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团期内取得收入2195.04亿元(人民币，单位下同)，同比减少6.14%；公司权益持有人应占利润308.6亿元，同比减少37.24%；每股基本盈利1.99元；拟派发末期股息每股0.44元。
报告期内，3艘绿色甲醇船舶顺利交付并投入运营，新增订造14艘18500TEU型甲醇双燃料动力集装箱船；截至报告期末，公司投入运营及在建绿色船舶合计42艘近78万标准箱。这些绿色化、大型化的先进船舶将显著增强本集团的核心竞争力，并为全球未来经贸主动脉的稳定、高效与低碳运行，提前筑牢坚实的物质基础。
