智通财经APP讯，雨润食品(01068)发布公告，预期本集团于截至2025年12月31日止年度(回顾年度)取得亏损约7000万港元(2024年：约3600万港元)。亏损增加主要归因于以下各项的合并影响：(1)去年计提的一次性撇减租赁负债及债务清偿收益约1.17亿港元，于回顾年度并无再次发生;(2)于回顾年度计提的可抵扣增值税撇减减少约3600万港元;(3)于回顾年度计提的物业、厂房及设备撇减减少约2100万港元;及(4)于回顾年度计提的物业、厂房及设备减值亏损减少约3200万港元。
