消息面上，聚水潭此前发布盈警公告，预计截至2025年12月31日止年度由盈转亏，将录得公司权益拥有人应占净亏损介乎约16亿至17亿元人民币，而2024年同期录得公司权益拥有人应占净利润约1220万元。主要由于公司发行可转换可赎回优先股而产生重大亏损。集团预计录得经调整净利润介乎约1.8亿至2.3亿元。
