智通财经APP讯，万达酒店发展(00169)发布公告，与2024年度的亏损约9.894亿港元相比，集团预期截至2025年12月31日止年度将实现扭亏转盈，并取得本年度溢利约17.50亿港元至19亿港元，此乃主要由于：i)出售公司附属公司万达酒店管理(香港)有限公司的全部已发行股本后确认收益净额约17.50亿港元所致。ii)缺少了于2024年底长期应收款项转移至持作待售物业时确认的长期应收款项减值亏损约10.452亿港元，但部分被2025年度内确认的持作待售物业减值亏损约1700万港元所抵销。
