智通财经APP讯，中渝置地(01224)发布截至2025年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团取得收入5.46亿港元，同比增加7.5%;母公司普通权益拥有人应占亏损4.67亿港元，同比减少24.47%;每股亏损12.02港仙。
公告称，本年度亏损大幅减少主要是由于由上年度取得汇兑亏损5610万港元，转为取得汇兑收益1.02亿港元，财务成本减少9570万港元，以及过往年度英国超额税项拨备，导致取得税项支出2230万港元，转为税项抵免5270万港元，但被本集团合资企业投资(包括于合资企业及联营公司的投资)所分担的亏损份额增加约 1.578亿港元抵销，该增加由于物业销售收入及来自The Whiteley的优先回报下降所致。
