智通财经APP讯，绿竹生物-B(02480)公布2025年业绩，其他收入约1103.1万元，同比减少48.4%;研发开支9647.5万元，同比减少28.6%;净亏损约1.5亿元，同比减少10.6%。
公告称，研发开支减少主要是由于(a) LZ901的临床开支减少，与中国LZ901的III期临床试验进度一致;及(b)2024年悉数确认现有股份奖励计划的以股份付款有关的员工成本且2025年并无确认有关成本。
截至2025年12月31日止年度，公司已实现多个重要的企业里程碑。于2025年 1月，集团向国家药监局提交了其核心产品LZ901的BLA，并随后于2025年2 月获受理。于2025年第三季度，国家药监局完成了临床试验现场核查及生产现场检查等程序。截至本公告日期，国家药监局仍在审查LZ901的BLA。LZ901只有在获得BLA批准及批签发证明后方可进行商业化。
