公告称，于2025年12月31日，集团总在管面积为1.95亿平方米，较于2024年12月31日减少230万平方米，减少率为1.2%。集团在管面积降低主要为主动撤出一些亏损小区的管理。年内，集团住宅物业项目平均物业管理费率为约人民币1.77元╱平方米╱月(2024年：人民币1.75元╱平方米╱月)，与去年相若。
