智通财经APP讯，中国新城镇(01278)发布2025年全年业绩，该公司取得营业收入人民币4.17亿元，同比增加1.13%;母公司权益拥有人应占溢利人民币7329.5万元，同比增加65.39%;每股溢利人民币0.0075元;拟派末期股息每股0.0025港元。
公告称，按业务分部来看，2025年城镇化投资收入和其他收入合计增长了25%至人民币2.31亿元，主要因为城镇化项目投资余额较去年同期增加，对应取得项目投资收入增加。2025年，物业租赁分部收入人民币1.00亿元，包括物业租赁收入人民币7600万元、物业管理费收入人民币2400万元，比去年减少3300万元，主要因为出租率下降。工程建设收入取得人民币5717.5万元，较去年同期增长了202%，主要因为上海金罗店东部两所学校项目建设进度较快，结转的工程建设收入增加所致。
