Super Micro Computer (SMCI) shares were down 27% in Friday premarket activity, a day after the company said it placed two of its employees on administrative leave and terminated a contractor, effective immediately, after US prosecutors indicted all three individuals over allegedly conspiring to commit export-control violations.

Unusual Machines (UMAC) stock was 9.1% lower, after the company said late Thursday it launched a public offering of common shares.

KNOT Offshore Partners (KNOP) shares were down 5.4% after the company said overnight that discussions over a potential buyout offer from Knutsen NYK Offshore Tankers have been terminated.

XPeng (XPEV) stock was down 4.8% after the Chinese EV maker issued lower-than-expected Q1 revenue guidance.
