智通财经APP讯，众安集团(00672)发布公告，集团预期截至2025年12月31日止财政年度将取得亏损净额不多于约人民币9.40亿元，而2024财年则取得净利润约人民币2.18亿元。
集团预期2025财年由盈转亏，主要由于(i)2025财年交付的物业总建筑面积较2024财年减少逾约35%，导致可计入2025财年确认的销售收入也相应减少; (ii)集团于2025财年交付的物业每平米销售均价相对较低，而相关物业的每平米销售成本则维持在相对高位，导致2025财年的毛利及毛利率较2024财年显著下降分别约72%和约9个百分点;(iii)集团于2025财年取得应占联营公司及合营企业亏损，而2024财年则为应占溢利。
