智通财经APP讯，植华集团(01842)公布2025年业绩，收益约2.77亿港元，同比减少9.92%;净亏损2531.9万港元，同比增长约4.69倍;每股基本亏损2.11港仙。
公告称，亏损净额增加主要归因于(i)报告期间的收益与毛利率下降，主要原因为美国关税环境高度波动且日益严苛导致对美国市场的销售减少，以及高利润率的产品销售下降;(ii)确认报告期间按公平值计入损益的金融资产已变现及未变现公平值亏损净额约280万港元，而2024年度则为按公平值计入损益的金融资产已变现及未变现公平值收益净额约220万港元;及(iii)行政开支增加约300万港元，乃主要由于集团加强多元化供应链网络及推进业务发展措施，旨在提升市场影响力及客户参与度。
