智通财经APP讯，当代置业(01107)发布公告，截至本公告日期，集团截至2025年12月31日止年度的财务报表审计工作尚未完成。导致延迟的主要原因包括但不限于以下关键审计程序仍未完成或需额外时间完成：由于部分附属公司受政府监管等因素影响，公章审批流程较长，仍有部分银行询证函及主要往来方函证尚在办理中;部分重要附属公司的审计现场工作尚在进行或正在内审复核阶段;关于应收账款、物业相关资产、投资物业以及合营企业投资的减值评估尚未完成;以及涉及诉讼事项的估计及持续经营能力的评估仍在进行中。集团正与核数师积极沟通，尽快取得所需文件和评估资料，力争尽早完成上述未尽审计程序。由于上述原因，预期公司将无法于2026年3月31日或之前刊发截至2025年12月31日止年度全年业绩。延迟刊发全年业绩将构成违反上市规则第13.49(1)条。
