智通财经APP讯，金马能源(06885)发布公告，截至2025年12月31日止年度，本公司拥有人应占年内业绩预计取得约人民币5.27亿元亏损(2024年同期：业绩约人民币3.46亿元亏损)。
公告称，该估计业绩减少主要是因为一项物业、厂房及设备与无形资产减值损失，该损失来自公司拥有70%股权的合营公司，由于该合营公司持续亏损，在持续经营的基础上，进行资产值评估，得出约人民币5.08亿元减值损失，公司分占的损失约人民币3.56亿元，撇除此应占损失，公司截至2025年12月31日止年度预计的业绩为人民币1.71亿元亏损，与2024年同期相比，有约人民币1.75亿元改善。
因应此减值，包括合营公司面对的营运风险问题，董事会议决合营公司在今年4 月开始进行一个短期三个月的保护性停产，并成立一支专业队伍，深入研究该合营公司的经营及财务问题，冀在三个月内提出一个业务重组计划，保护股东及各方的利益，公司将适时汇报此业务重组计划。
