智通财经APP讯，百应控股(08525)发布公告，于2026年3月20日，买方(厦门百应融资租赁有限责任公司，为公司的间接全资附属公司)根据融资租赁协议与泉州台商(一间国有公司)订立一项售后回租交易。根据融资租赁协议，买方同意以代价人民币2000万元向泉州台商购买租回资产，并向泉州台商出租租回资产，为期36个月，并收取租赁款项作为回报。租回资产为(i)八辆市政道路清扫车;(ii)八辆高压清洗车;(iii)五辆垃圾压缩转运车;(iv)六辆绿化喷洒车;(v)十辆小型电动巡逻车;(vi)十五台地下管网探测仪。
