智通财经APP讯，兴泸水务(02281)发布公告，于2026年3月20日(交易时段后)，经磋商谈判完成后，叙永县城乡水务发展集团有限公司与公司就叙永县城乡供排水一体化项目订立合作协议。
根据合作协议，叙永县城乡水务发展集团有限公司以其全资附属公司四川兴叙所属叙永县县城及下辖乡镇自来水供应业务资产，公司非全资附属公司兴泸污水处理以其所属叙永县县城生活污水处理厂资产及该等污水处理厂处理污水应收账款分别作价向兴叙水业增资。
增资完成后，兴叙水业的注册资本将增加至人民币1.72亿元，并由公司及兴泸污水处理合计持有其51%的股份，四川兴叙持有其49%的股份。兴叙水业将全面运营叙永县县城及下辖乡镇的自来水供应及污水处理业务(其中包括叙永县城污水处理已委托永星水环境运营的叙永县乡镇和农村污水处理业务)。
县域城乡供排水一体化是国家推进保障城乡居民供水安全、全面保护生态环境的战略，订立合作协议乃是公司积极响应国家战略，由于合作项目将助推集团业务扩展至叙永县的全部县城及其下辖乡镇地区，符合集团扩大业务规模的策略以实现收益持续稳定增长，亦为集团提升声誉及发展客户基础，为日后获得更多的项目塑造标杆。
