在云南省普洱市景谷傣族彝族自治县，县职业高级中学的闲置实训基地通过政府牵线、校企合作被成功盘活。本土企业亚玲食品入驻，让“沉睡资产”焕发新生。这栋占地8000平方米，建筑面积2650平方米的教学楼于2025年初被改造为现代化食品车间。

企业的落地有效带动了当地种植户增收，并为周边群众提供了就近就业的机会。目前，公司共雇用景谷本地群众170余人，其中长期工150人，月均工资约3000元；临时工20余人，日薪约130元。

依托与景谷职业高级中学的深度合作，企业建立了稳定的人才培养机制，每年可培训输送电商主播。目前，6个直播间保持每日开播，将产品销往全国各地。2025年，企业线上销售收入达2290万元，占总营收的86.4%；日均发货量超过10000单，主要销往广东、江苏、安徽等多个省份。
