消息面上，宁德时代此前发布公告，2025年公司实现营业收入4237.02亿元，同比增长17.04%；净利润达722.01亿元，同比增长42.28%。公司同步披露高额分红方案。2025年全年累计派发现金分红约361亿元，占当年归母净利润的50%。
摩根士丹利发布研报称，上调对宁德时代储能出货量的假设，以反映全球电力短缺背景下，人工智能数据中心推理需求增长带来的潜在发展机遇，同步上调公司A股和H股目标价。该行表示，宁德时代2025年业绩超出该行此前预测7%，因此相应上调公司2026年盈利预测。得益于资本效率提升，宁德时代净现金状况优于该行此前预期。
