智通财经APP讯，九龙建业(00034)发布截至2025年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团取得营业收入49.53亿港元，同比减少8.1%;股权持有人应占盈利1.31亿港元，同比增加12.89%;每股盈利0.1港元，拟派发末期股息每股0.14港元。
踏入2026年，集团继续全力推进位于牛池湾的清水湾道发展项目的上盖工程，该项目建筑面积逾 2,000,000 平方尺，颇具规模，为集团目前最具策略意义的核心发展重点。项目坐拥优越地理位置，直达港铁彩虹站，并连接政府于2025年8月批准兴建的东九龙智慧绿色集体运输系统的彩虹东站，此项目建成后将成为东九龙双轨交汇的交通枢纽核心，汇聚庞大转乘人流。这不仅让项目成为区内标志性的新供应，更将直接受惠于交通网路完善所带来的商机。目前项目计划以分期形式完成，争取首期于2027年上半年落成。
