** Shares of Australia-based Atlantic Lithium A11.AX rise as much as 6.4% to A$0.335

** Stock on track to record its best week since mid-February, having gained 10.3% in the week so far

** The lithium explorer says the Parliament of Ghana issues official approval of mining lease in respect of its Ewoyaa lithium project

** Nearly 901,256 shares change hands, 1.5x the 30-day average volume

** Stock has risen 45.5% this year, including session moves
