智通财经APP讯，新威国际(00058)发布公告，预计集团截至2025年12月31日止年度的综合亏损将较2024年同期减少约25%至35%。该预期综合亏损减少部分是由于中华人民共和国(中国)物业市场及相关业务分部的低迷情况自2025年年末以来渐见稳定所致，乃归因于以下因素造成的影响：(i)预期信贷亏损模型项下确认的贸易及其他应收款项减值亏损减少约2700万港元;(ii)与集团于中国的制造及买卖业务有关的收入减少约20%;及(iii)整体毛利率有所下跌，原因是加气混凝土产品的经营业绩自2024年起转差。
