智通财经APP讯，中广核矿业(01164)发布公告，预期本集团截至2025年12月31日止年度的持续经营业务的除税前溢利较2024年同期将下降约2亿港元至2.5亿港元。与此同时，本集团预期截至2025年12月31日止年度的溢利较2024年同期将上升约9000万港元至1.4亿港元。
公告称，2025年天然铀价格回落导致本集团应占一间合营企业和一间联营公司业绩较2024年同期下降，因此，预期本集团截至2025年12月31日止年度的持续经营业务的除税前溢利将较2024年同期有所回落。本集团截至2025年12月31日止年度的溢利较2024年同期上升主要因为：天然铀贸易价差提高带来毛利上升;2025年度无非经常性经营亏损事项，整体业绩同比改善;及所得税费用较2024年同期下降。
