　　2026亚布力论坛年会于3月17日-19日在黑龙江亚布力举办。中信资本控股有限公司董事长兼首席执行官张懿宸谈及房地产时表示，房地产市场的深度调整始于五年前。这五年来，国家持续发力。基本解决了保交楼的问题，消除了影响社会稳定的重要风险点。

　　他认为，今年有可能是房地产市场止跌回稳的转折点，而这个转折点不仅能够稳定上下游产业链，更能够进一步提振市场信心，提振消费者的信心，为整体经济的复苏注入新动能。
