TradingKey - 美东时间3月20日，据报道，超微电脑（SMCI）联合创始人 Yih-Shyan “Wally” Liaw 被美国执法部门逮捕，指控其涉嫌绕过出口管制，将大量高性能服务器及GPU非法转运至中国。
受消息影响，SMCI盘前暴跌超22%。
消息称，Liaw 被控在短时间内组织大规模走私行动，仅2025年春季三周内便发运价值约5.1亿美元的相关设备，涉及总规模或高达25亿美元，其中包括大量基于英伟达芯片的服务器产品。
调查还指出，其通过制造“空壳服务器”、篡改设备序列号等方式规避美国监管审查，甚至被监控拍到使用工具更换标签，并通过加密通信协调操作。
受此消息冲击，超微电脑股价在盘后交易中一度大跌近20%，市场对公司合规风险与未来业务前景的担忧迅速升温。
资料显示，Liaw 个人持有约4.64亿美元公司股票，若相关指控成立，其或面临最高30年的联邦监禁。
市场分析认为，该事件正值美国持续收紧对高端AI芯片及相关设备出口限制之际，一旦调查范围扩大，可能对整个服务器及AI产业链造成外溢影响。
