公告称，预期亏损减少主要乃由于以下各项的综合影响2025财年的毛利较2024财年的约人民币5740万元有所增加，原因是本集团的资讯科技基础设施系统整合业务的销售表现有所改善;2025财年投资物业公允价值亏损较2024财年的约人民币1610万元有所减少;2025财年取得按公允价值计入损益的股本投资公允价值收益，而2024财年取得公允价值亏损约人民币290万元;2025财年的所得税抵免净额较2024财年的约人民币300万元有所增加;及2025财年与本集团的网络系统整合现金产生单位(现金产生单位)有关的商誉减值较2024财年的约人民币850万元有所增加，主要是由于考虑到地缘政治风险及市况波动(包括竞争加剧、客户偏好不断变化，对功能有更高要求、快速技术变革及行业创新)，预期本集团的智能办公软件解决方案业务的毛利增长放缓及经营成本增加，从而可能对本集团的经营表现及竞争地位造成不利影响，并导致下调现金产生单位的预期未来现金流量及其可收回金额。本集团投资物业公允价值亏损及商誉减值为非现金项目且对本集团的现金流量及营运并无即时影响。
