智通财经APP讯，天泓文创(08500)发布公告，由于需要更多时间处理公司相关审计程序及公司核数师提出的要求，预计公司或无法于2026年3月31日或之前刊发2025年业绩。由此，2025年年报亦可能相应延迟。如延迟刊发2025年业绩及╱或延迟刊发2025年年报，将构成违反GEM上市规则第18.49条及╱ 或18.03条。
倘发行人未能刊发其初步业绩，则必须公布其基于尚未与核数师协定的财务业绩(以可得资料为限)的业绩。经审慎周详考虑后，公司认为如需延迟刊发初步业绩，目前可得资料未必能全面准确反映财务表现及状况，故刊发基于集团截至2025年12月31日止年度的未经审核管理账目的业绩不合宜。
