智通财经APP讯，盛业(06069)公布2025年业绩，主营业务收入及收益约9.035亿元，同比减少1.7%;净利润约4.83亿元，同比增长23.6%;每股盈利48分，拟派末期股息每股40.47分。
公告称，主营业务收入及收益减少主要由于集团持续深化轻资产战略，强化科技平台能力建设，引导更多中小微企业客户的供应链资金周转需求通过平台链接的外部资金合作方予以满足。因此，数字金融解决方案收入持续减少，但这一影响已部分被平台化战略带动的平台科技服务收入的显著增长所抵销。
截至2025年12月31日，平台累计客户总数已超过23,000家，较截至2024年12月31日的18,100家同比增加约27.0%;于截至2025年12月31日止年度内，中小微客户数量占比超过96%;平台累计智能撮合的业务规模超过人民币3,324亿元，较截至2024年12月31日的人民币2,489亿元增加约33.6%;集团已累计为中小微企业客户降低资金成本超过人民币33亿元。
