智通财经APP讯，汇力资源(01303)发布公告，集团预期于截至2025年12月31日止年度(报告期间)取得来自持续经营业务的本公司权益拥有人应占纯利约人民币1000万元至人民币2000万元，截至2024年12月31日止年度(相应期间)则取得来自持续经营业务的本公司权益拥有人应占纯利约人民币1.60亿元。
董事会认为，报告期间纯利预期大幅减少至约人民币1000万元至人民币2000万元主要归因于以下因素的合并影响：1.本集团毛利由相应期间的约人民币2.23亿元减少至报告期间的约人民币1.32亿元，乃由于报告期间煤炭价格下降，本集团优化客户组合以维持整体毛利率;2.相应期间议价收购CC Bong Logistics Limited的一次性收益约人民币2000万元，而报告期间并无取得此收益;3.相应期间出售哈密市锦华矿产资源开发有限责任公司的一次性收益约人民币1800万元，而报告期间并无取得此收益;4.报告期间取得汇兑亏损约人民币1500万元，相应期间则为汇兑收益约人民币100万元;及5.金融资产预期信贷亏损约人民币3500万元，而相应期间的金融资产预期信贷亏损则约为人民币2000万元。
